Meet Tanya Cullen

I am a Registered Dietitian and an Integrative Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner based in Ontario, Canada.

With over 16 years of experience, I have worked in large hospital settings and outpatient clinics. I have experience in general medicine, cardiology, mental health, diabetes, and renal care.

My personal journey involved battling bloating, discomfort, and low energy after having my third child. I made diet and lifestyle changes, but it wasn’t enough. The missing piece was focusing on gut health, which transformed my life. Now, I’m passionate about helping ambitious women achieve better gut health and clarity in their digestive issues through customized nutrition plans for women’s gut health.
